When Do You Ship Orders? How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

We ship all orders on the next business day. Shipping times vary based on distance from our facility and state of our shipping partners, though we can ship to most CONUS places within 3-5 business days on average.

What Shipping Methods are Available?

USPS, UPS, & DHL are all available. 

How does Import Duties, Taxes, Fees, VAT work for international orders? 

All Import Duties, Taxes, Fees, VAT, for any products purchased from Alternative Naturals are the responsibility of the customer.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Customer has 30 days from time of delivery to begin return process with us. Customer must contact us via email: returns@altnaturals.com to set up returns inquiry. 

If the product arrived damaged or broken, Alt Naturals will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a refund. 

If the customer is returning the product for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and maybe liable for a re-stocking fee.
